Did you see the smoke?

Neither did we!

The ingredient list of many smoked products claimes that the product contains smoke. We consider this as an impossibility. It is of course smoke particles - tar and soot –you will find in the product. The smoke has gone. It is some of these particles that provide the flavour. Equally, we have added flavour particles. We can just manage it better and get a much cleaner and healthier form.
