Quality
The production of our SoftSmoked salmon occur at lower temperature compared to traditional smoked salmon. The low production temperature, the dry salting and the addition of the purified flavoring substances as a spice ensures a high quality of our frozen products which is much better compared to a the quality of traditional smoked vacuum packed which decreases every day during storage.
